Muay Thai Challenge 2 "The Battle"

This show will obviously be a Muay Thai show and on an interesting note it will be sancioned by the UWMTA. In case you are wondering just where Schaumburg is it is a suburb of Chicago. From what I have been told Kru Vut Kamnark of the UWMTA is going to be Refering the fights. Alberto Rosales is the promoter of the show. International Combat Event 5

Location:Middletown, Ohio

This event is turning into a popular event quickly and is the premier event for MMA here in OHio. Of course this show will be a MMA cage fights. Jason's fight will take place at the 155lb mark and will be the Main Event of the evening for a possible #1 contender spot at the Lightweight Title of the I.C.E. Promotion. Billy should be a tough opponnent for Jason because he appears to be a good submission artist and striker as many of his wins come by way of Tapout and TKO's. I do not know to much else about this show but MMA fights are always fun to watch, so if are interested in going to this show let me know. Mike and Jason will be leaving Friday morning and have room for one more person if anyone would like to go with them. On an interesting note a guy by the name of Antoine Skinner will be fighting at this show and he is the only man to beat Jason in MMA fighting so far(by decision of course). Next Level Fighting 1

This will be MMA show with rules similiar to the UFC and will be fought in a brand new Octagon Style Cage. This event has its own website and you can view it at http://www.nextlevelfighting.com/, here at the site you can view the entire fight card, rules, weight classes, directions to the event, and you can even purchase your tickets here. Mike Russo & Ryan Conway will be fighting in the undercard bouts. Jason Dent will be fighting in one of the featured bouts of the evening for the Lightweight belt of this organization, against Pro fighter Nick Spencer. Extreme Combat Challenge "Mayhem In Muncie"

This will be are second time to this event here in Indiana. One thing I really like about this Promotion in general is that it still allows many techniques that are banned from most of the other shows. This will mark Jason's Pro MMA return to the ECC where he will face hometown favorite Antoine Skinner in the Main Event Fight. Mike Russo will be making his MMA debut and entering the cage for the first time ever instead of the ring in which he is used to. Remember Mixed Martial Arts events allow everyting that Muay Thai does and more, you have to be well versed in stand up as well as the ground game, combatents wear only 4 ounce gloves. This should be an exciting event and I would expect it to be filmed for DVD like the last event was. We wish both of these GriffonRawl Warriors good luck and a safe trip. Friday Night at the Fights!

GriffonRawl standouts Aaron Veverka, and Mike Russo are both set to compete at this event. This event will be a little different competition than we are used to in the matter that Mike will be taking an amateur Boxing match and Aaron will be fighting in an International Rules Kickboxing match (Basically Muay Thai with no clinching, kneeing, or inside leg kicks)this time around. Most everybody here at the Gym usually either competes in Muay Thai or MMA but we like to fight and will deal with the changes and have some fun.I (Jason) will be attending this event to coach and corner our guys, also Tim Stafford, Brett Wessler, and Mike's girlfriend Amanda will be coming to cheer our guys on. "2003" UWMTA Training Camp

This Camp is put on by the United World Muay Thai Asscoiation who is headed by Kru Vut Kamnark. Extreme Combat Challenge "Assault on A-Town"
