Ryan will put on a two hour boxing seminar for us. The cost of the seminar will only be $30. This seminar will not only improve your hands drastically but will also help us to continue to raise money for our matt fund. This seminar will teach you how to put your body weight into your punches, proper footwork for offensive and defensive maneuevers, and much more.There is a sign up sheet on the showcase in the from room so if you would like to attend please put your name and number on the sheet.
