Relson Gracie will be holding a seminar here at GriffonRawl MMA Academy on Monday, February 26th, from 7:30 to 9:30. The cost will be $50.00 for a 2 hour seminar. He will answer participants questions, and then will cover many positions and submissions. The last Relson Gracie Seminar here went really well, and it's an honor to have him coming here once again.
