The seminar will cover takedowns, takedown defense, and some drills needed to get and keep your Wrestling skills sharp. Both Sonny and his brother are very experienced Wrestlers and will both be here to conduct the seminar. The seminar is open to our students and highly recommended for our fighters. The NAAFS kicks off 2008 with an exciting night of action at the Euclid Sports Plant in Euclid, OH. Team Griffon-Rawl will send five warriors into action on Saturday night. AJ Pulling is making his pro debut at 170lbs. Nick Killian and Jim Payne look to remain unbeaten at 185lbs, while John Strmac and Tony Woolf get back into action at 145 & 155lbs.
