GR is proud to announce a seminar with undeafeted UFC lightweight top contender Gray "The Bully" Maynard. The seminar will be held on Sunday April 18th 2010. Gray joins the ever growing list of world famous fighters and instructors that we have had the privledge of conducting seminars with here at GR. Seminar #1 9:30 - 11:30am will be for anyone that hasnt had an MMA fight just yet. Seminar #2 12:30 - 2:30pm will be for anyone who has had at least one fight. Both seminars cost $5o each. Gray will be covering takedowns, takedown defense, submission offense/defense, ground & pound, and much more. There will be a one hour lunch break from 11:30 - 12:30 and also an autograph/picture session following the seminar from 2:30 - 3:00pm. Take advantage of this opportunity to meet and train with one of the best lightweight fighters in the UFC today.
