This will be MMA show with rules similiar to the UFC and will be fought in a brand new Octagon Style Cage. Mike Russo & Ryan Conway will be fighting in the undercard bouts. Jason Dent will be fighting in one of the featured bouts of the evening for the Lightweight belt of this organization, against Pro fighter Nick Spencer.
