Jiu-Jitsu Seminar with Robin Geisler

Robin Geisler, who received his black belt from Relson Gracie in 2006, will be conducting the two hour seminar. Robin will also be available throughout the day for private lessons. On Saturday February 23, 2008 the IFBL will hold "Fight Night 11" at their new 5x5 Facility in Niles, Ohio. At "Fight Night 10", team captain Jason Dent won the 155lb title and "Fight Night 11" will feature another GriffonRawl staple as the main event. Donny "Eagle Eye" Walker will face WEC veteran Cub Swanson in what will be a benchmark fight in the career of Walker. Donny is coming off a NAAFS win via triangle over wrestling legend Sonny Marchette. Cub had two WEC wins before falling to UFC veteran Jens Pulver. Sonny Marchette Wrestling seminar at GR

I'm happy to announce that Sonny will be coming to GR to do a three hour Wrestling seminar for MMA. The seminar will cover takedowns, takedown defense, and some drills needed to get and keep your Wrestling skills sharp. Both Sonny and his brother are very experienced Wrestlers and will both be here to conduct the seminar. The seminar is open to our students and highly recommended for our fighters. The seminar is $30 for GR members and $40 for non members. Sign up with Jason Dent ASAP as space is limited. NAAFS "Northcoast Showdown 2"

The NAAFS kicks off 2008 with an exciting night of action at the Euclid Sports Plant in Euclid, OH. Team Griffon-Rawl will send five warriors into action on Saturday night. AJ Pulling is making his pro debut at 170lbs. Nick Killian and Jim Payne look to remain unbeaten at 185lbs, while John Strmac and Tony Woolf get back into action at 145 & 155lbs.
