I'm happy to announce that Sonny will be coming to GR to do a three hour Wrestling seminar for MMA. The seminar will cover takedowns, takedown defense, and some drills needed to get and keep your Wrestling skills sharp. Both Sonny and his brother are very experienced Wrestlers and will both be here to conduct the seminar. The seminar is open to our students and highly recommended for our fighters. The seminar is $30 for GR members and $40 for non members. Sign up with Jason Dent ASAP as space is limited.
