On Saturday, January 21st, Master Relson Gracie will conduct a two hour jiu-jitsu seminar at the Griffonrawl MMA Academy. This the second Relson Gracie seminar for Griffon Rawl and we expect a solid turnout. You don't have to be a gym member to attend.
Gi, no-gi, and MMA techniques will be covered. Proper training attire is expected.
